The Colorado Rapids continue their training camp as part of Preseason presented by Advocare by hosting Toronto FC at the Chula Vista Training Center on Tuesday evening.
Colorado Rapids
The Rapids squared off against USL League Two side Ventura County Fusion over the weekend, posting a dominant 5-0 win.
Rapids head coach Anthony Hudson said that TFC would "be a great test for us," as the Canadian outfit is ahead of Colorado in preseason, with Concacaf Champions League play looming for Greg Vanney's side.
Toronto FC
Toronto have been prepping for CCL by playing a large volume of games, their latest a 1-1 draw against LA Galaxy on Saturday. Both teams scored own goals, so it was a rather scrappy affair.
Amid all the games, the team cut loose recently, training on a Southern California beach and keeping the competitive juices flowing with some team head tennis.
