FC Dallas have transferred forward ZdenÄk OndrĆ”Å”ek to FC Viktoria PlzeÅ in the Czech First League, the club announced Sunday.
Per team policy, terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
āWe have loved having Kobra here at FC Dallas,ā FC Dallas president Dan Hunt said in a statement. āHe was a big part of our run to the playoffs in 2019 and will always be a part of the FC Dallas family. We wish him the best with his future club and with the Czech National Team.ā

On Thursday, FC Dallas coach Luchi Gonzalez addressed OndrĆ”Å”ek's absence from the squad, saying the forward was dealing "with a family situation."
The 31-year-old, nicknamed āKobra,ā joined FC Dallas on December 18, 2018. He appeared in 25 matches across all competitions, recording nine goals and three assists. He made his MLS debut on March 23, 2019 vs. Colorado Rapids and scored his first FC Dallas goal in the 59th minute against the Montreal Impact on August 17, 2019 to beginning Dallasā comeback in the 3-3 draw. FC Dallas compiled a 4-0-3 record in matches OndrĆ”Å”ek scored.
