Senior Vice President, Talent and Culture
As Senior Vice President, Talent and Culture at Major League Soccer, Jennifer Carroll is responsible for the strategic oversight of all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, benefits, compensation and culture. During her time at MLS, she has worked to enhance the employee experience, and created programs to develop talent and implemented systems to streamline processes.
Over a career spanning more than two decades, Carroll has been an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, performance management, organizational and talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, and project management. For her achievements in the industry, Carroll was honored as a “Game Changer” by SportsBusiness Journal in 2020.
Prior to joining MLS in 2013, Carroll spent 12 years in a variety of roles at Kaplan, the premier provider of educational services for individuals, schools, and businesses.
Carroll received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and lives in Ridgewood, N.J. with her husband and two children.
