MLS WORKS

MLS WORKS Weekly Highlights 11/8 - 11/14

What does one do when there are no MLS games on the schedule?  With the holidays right around the corner, why not find out how you can give a gift that keeps on giving.  Find a soup kitchen or food pantry where you, your friends and family can help feed a family on Thanksgiving or decorate Seasons Greeting cards to give to the local senior center or to send to our troops.   You can go collect some gently used toys lying around your house or purchase some news one to donate to a local toy drive.  The LA Galaxy and Philadelphia Union are both collecting donations to benefit unprivileged families during the holiday season.   In addition to spreading the holiday love, the Seattle Sounders are using all the good karma they can as they continue through playoffs.  Using the #GoodPlayoffKarma hashtag, supporters and fans are encouraged to share their good deeds.  As we eagerly await the next round of playoffs, check out more stories on how our clubs are making a difference in the community.
