St. Louis CITY SC forward Damion Downs has been added to the US men’s national team roster for the upcoming international window.
The 22-year-old will serve as an injury replacement for PSV Eindhoven forward and FC Dallas product Ricardo Pepi, who got hurt over the weekend.
Downs has six USMNT caps and featured at the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup. He recently joined St. Louis on loan from EFL Championship side Southampton FC, and has made five substitute appearances thus far.
With Downs' addition, the USMNT roster now includes 13 MLS players as the 2030 FIFA World Cup cycle begins with four friendlies during the September/October window.
Downs could represent the USMNT at St. Louis CITY's home stadium on Sept. 29 when Energizer Park hosts a showdown with Chile.
