With Sporting Kansas City and FC Dallas level at a goal apiece deep into second-half stoppage time, Cleveland made a stunning penalty-kick save on Petar Musa to preserve a dramatic 1-1 draw at Sporting Park.
Cleveland's 97th-minute heroics earned the veteran 'keeper Energy Moment of the Matchday presented by Celsius honors for Matchday 34.
Amid a year that has included career-highs for starts (24), saves (89) and minutes played (2,160), Cleveland produced arguably his top highlight of 2026 by denying none other than Musa – a 2026 FIFA World Cup veteran with Croatia who's second in the MLS Golden Boot presented by Audi race with 22 goals.
Cleveland and Sporting will close out their season during Saturday's Decision Day visit to San Diego FC (7 pm ET | Apple TV).
