Ex-LA Galaxy defender Emiliano Insua joins Argentina's Club Atletico Aldosivi
Former LA Galaxy defender Emiliano Insua has found a new club, signing for Argentina's Club Atletico Aldosivi alongside his brother Emanuel.

Insua is an experienced left back who has played for decorated clubs throughout the world and should boost the Galaxy on the defensive side and will add a veteran presence.
INTERNATIONAL: Insua has represented various Argentina youth sides and made five appearances for the senior Argentina National Team. In 2007, he helped lead his side to the FIFA U-20 World Cup title.
OUTSIDE MLS: Began his career with Argentinaâs Boca Juniors before a move to Liverpool in England. Since 2007, the defender has also represented Galatasaray (Turkey), Sporting CP (Portugal), AtlĂ©tico Madrid (Spain), Rayo Vallecano (Spain) and VfB Stuttgart (Germany), while capturing a La Liga title (2013-14), Copa del Rey (2012-13), a 2. Bundesliga title (2016-17) in addition to winning the U-20 World Cup with Argentina (2007). Insua joins the club from Stuttgart, where he played since 2015, enjoying the longest stretch of his career. In 2017, his side captured the 2.Bundesliga title in 2017 to be promoted back to Bundesliga after they were relegated in 2016. He has made 125 times for the club during his time in Germany.
